Darvocet-N 100 (acetaminophen/propoxyphene): I have horrible monthly cramps and this is the ONLY thing that works. I can still function and pain is gone when I take it. I also get migraines - this works great for them.

Darvocet-N 100 (acetaminophen/propoxyphene): All this hooplah about the dangers of Darvocet. I used to take Tylenol 8 hour, but had to take it more than once or even more than twice a day and it did not take away the horrible muscle spasms I was getting, especially at night. I take Darvocet at bedtime, one time and it gets me through the night and the entire next day. It works for me and I'm not changing.

Darvocet-N 100 (acetaminophen/propoxyphene): I have moderate to severe osteoarthritis and take, on average, 3 a day. Allows me to function by taking the edge off the pain.

Darvocet-N 100 (acetaminophen/propoxyphene): It's working for me also. I'm using it for some heavy duty pain and it's working but not 100%. I don't think there is much you can do to take the pain 100% away. But I thank the makers of Darvoset.

acetaminophen/propoxyphene: I love it. It really helps me. I used it after carpal tunnel surgery and I felt no pain with it. I'm using it again because I have kidney stones and this is helping me again. My only problem with it is that after taking it for surgery I had withdrawal symptoms for a day or two...a nasty headache. That was the only problem with it.

acetaminophen/propoxyphene: I have a herniated disk in my lower back and I also suffer from migraines. With vicodin I was relieved from most lower back pain, but if I has the slightest bit of a headache the vicodin just seemed to intensify the throbbing in my head, but with the darvocet I am able to cope with the back pain and not have to worry about it triggering a more severe headache.

Darvocet-N 100 (acetaminophen/propoxyphene): For me, this is only slightly better than Tylenol, but it is what my doctor prescribes for me, so it is definitely better than nothing. I have no side effects from it, no sleepiness, upset stomach, etc.

acetaminophen/propoxyphene: I only take Darvocet as needed for the pain of Vasculitis on my feet. I have found that it works really well, with less side effects for me.

Balacet (acetaminophen/propoxyphene): This stuff works just as well as vicodin and the rest of its family without the loopiness. It gives the extra edge you need to feel better not sedated.

acetaminophen/propoxyphene: Taking this has helped with the pain, but if I take the full dose I become so sleepy that its hard to stay awake. However unlike vicodin it hasn't made me sick to my stomach or "loopy".

acetaminophen/propoxyphene: The best medicine there is. You can function and feel no pain and at the same time sleep well. I have also been prescribed other medicines, which are either too much or not enough. This is just right.

acetaminophen/propoxyphene: I like it better than Lortab. Doesn't make me sleepy, but helps when I am asleep. Pain from a Root Canal and I tell you what, I have no pain now. Lortab had too many side effects and this doesn't seem to have any with me.

acetaminophen/propoxyphene: Allergic to a lot of pain relievers, they gave this to me after my c-section with my 2nd child. Couldn't stand percoset, so this was a welcome change. Worked great, only used it when pain from scar hurt too much. Definitely take with food, will make you dizzy/tired.
