Uroxatral (alfuzosin) for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Uroxatral was about as effective for me as Flomax with fewer side effects. It makes me very tired, and lightheaded sometimes, but with non of the stuffiness that I had with Flomax which was a big plus. I'm not rating it higher because it didn't do much for my BPH pain although urinary flow was much improved.
