Aldactazide (hydrochlorothiazide/spironolactone) for Fluid Retention: Mostly prescribed for high blood pressure, but I use it for pedal edema. It works great and it does have two diuretics in it which makes it better than just one diuretic. 1 user(s) found this comment helpful. Did you? Yes No Report as inappropriate
